Reporting integrations: the Google Sheets metrics feed

Feed daily Locuvox metrics into AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio or any reporting tool with a Google Sheets connector.

Get Locuvox numbers into the reporting tool you already use — AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, Whatagraph, Swydo, or anything else with a Google Sheets connector. Locuvox writes one metrics row per day to a sheet you own; your reporting tool reads it like any other data source.

Setting it up (about five minutes)

  1. Create an empty Google Sheet in your own Google account.
  2. Share it as Editor with the Locuvox service account — the exact address is shown on the setup page in the app.
  3. In Locuvox, open the project → Settings → Reporting, paste the sheet's URL, and click Connect.
  4. On the next daily run Locuvox writes the column headers and backfills the last 30 days of history, then appends one new row every day.

The sheet must be one you created — Locuvox can't create it for you, because it only ever has access to sheets you explicitly share.

What each row contains

  • Date — the day the checks ran (this is the date column your reporting tool should map).
  • AI answers — answers captured across your engines that day.
  • Answers naming you and Brand visibility % — how often your brand was mentioned.
  • Own-domain citations and Answers citing you / Source visibility % — how often your website was cited as a source.
  • Fan-out queries seen — distinct searches the AI engines ran behind your prompts that day.
  • Avg sentiment (0–100) — the day's average sentiment of your brand mentions (100 = advocating, 0 = negative).

Connecting it to AgencyAnalytics

  1. In AgencyAnalytics, add the Google Sheets integration to the client's campaign and select your Locuvox sheet.
  2. When mapping, choose the Date column as the date field, formatted as a date.
  3. Add the metrics as widgets to dashboards or reports — they behave like any other integration metric, and work inside Custom Metrics too.

The same pattern applies to Looker Studio (add the sheet as a data source), Whatagraph, Swydo and others.

Good to know

  • Days with no scheduled checks are skipped rather than written as zeros.
  • If an export fails (usually because the sheet was un-shared), the error appears on the Settings → Reporting page; fixing the share heals it on the next run, including any missed days.
  • Disconnecting stops future writes but leaves your sheet untouched.
  • For raw data rather than daily rollups, every table in Locuvox also exports as CSV, and the REST API and MCP server expose everything programmatically.
